Boston MedFlight is in constant pursuit of qualified applicants and always interested in résumés of applicants in the event of future opportunities. Boston MedFlight employs over 75 medical, communications and administrative personnel. These positions include:

The Recruitment Process  
The recruitment process at Boston MedFlight is extensive and multifaceted. We continuously search for highly-skilled candidates to join our high performance teams. Applicants often visit with us on several occasions so that we are provided the opportunity to evaluate and develop a strong sense about the applicant. In turn, this provides the applicant, specifically medical personnel applicants, the opportunity to experience our unique environment and experience our culture. Qualified medical crew will have an opportunity to participate in our Ride Along Program and meet several crew members, as well as the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Chief Operations Manager.

The Mentoring Process for Nurses & Paramedics  
If you’re interested in a nursing or paramedic position at Boston MedFlight but lack the required experience or necessary credentials, please consider applying for our mentoring program. This program is designed for individuals with a strong desire to become a part of the Boston MedFlight team. Through this program, individuals who possess the majority of Boston MedFlight qualifications will have the opportunity to experience our environment, meet with clinical staff members and learn, from the inside out, about the organization.

Boston MedFlight requires that all candidates provide three (3) letters of recommendation along with copies of their certifications. Original letters of recommendation must be sent directly to the Boston MedFlight Human Resource Manager, from the individual writing the recommendation. Upon hire, all applicants are subject to FBI and CORI background checks.
