The Recruitment
Process
The recruitment process at Boston MedFlight is extensive and
multifaceted. We search for highly-skilled candidates to contribute
to our high performance teams. Applicants often visit with
us on several occasions so that we can evaluate and develop
a strong sense about the candidate and so that medical personnel
applicants, in particular, can have an opportunity to experience
our unique environment. Qualified healthcare candidates will
have an opportunity to participate in our Ride Along Program
and meet several crew members, as well as the Medical Director.
The Mentoring Process
If you’re interested in a nursing or paramedic position at
Boston MedFlight but lack the required experience or necessary
credentials, please consider applying to our mentoring program.
This program is designed for individuals with a strong desire
to become part of the MedFlight team.
Through this program, individuals who almost meet our qualifications
will have the opportunity to experience our unique environment,
meet with clinical staff members, and learn from the inside
about the MedFlight organization.
