Applicants often visit with us on several occasions so that we can evaluate and develop a strong sense about the candidate and so that medical personnel applicants, in particular, can have an opportunity to experience our unique environment. Qualified healthcare candidates will have an opportunity to participate in our Ride Along Program and meet several crew members, as well as the Medical Director.

The Mentoring Process
