First in a series of patients' personal stories about their experience with Boston MedFlight.
April 04, 2017 Critical care transport is an essential component of a healthcare delivery system. Founded in 1985 as a non-profit organization via partnership with a consortium of Boston area hospitals, Boston MedFlight completes over 4,000 critical care patient transports each year by air and ground, an average of eleven per day. More than a thousand of these transports are neonatal and pediatric patients. To care for the most critically ill and injured patients takes an incredible will and desire to ensure the utmost safety, quality, and training. And to be the best, we count on our donors to help us keep our mission in sight. Watch our video and learn more about our story and the stories of some of the patients we’ve served. You might be surprised by all that we do and how close to home our missions might be.Media Contact
